FoodInAdvance
FoodInAdvance allows staff and students to top up their ID Cards with money to spend in the 26 FoodonCampus outlets located across campus and Source Café in Fallowfield.
It’s the cheapest way to buy food and drink on campus as users receive a 10% discount on purchases alongside a range of unique offers thought out the year.

*Cards can only be used by the card holder, there will be a £10 maximum spend per day on the card, once notification has been received that the card has been lost or stollen the card will be blocked and money protected until a new card has been issued.
Ways to top up
Cards can either be topped up in an outlet displaying the top up sign or online by at the University of Manchester eStore.
Please note:
Funds added in an outlet are automatically available but funds added online can take up to 2 working days to register.
Staff need to e-mail or top up on the e-store for the first time to register their card.
